JOB TITLE: Senior Product & Agile Coach
Job Description
The Agile Center of Enablement is a collaborative entity within Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) organization that engages across the business and DTS to drive Product and Agile Transformation for K-C’s digital products.
As a member of this team, the Senior Product and Agile Coach will lead DTS to transform into a customer focused, outcome driven organization by adopting product management and Agile best practices. The role will provide coaching to Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, as well as leaders on adopting product, Agile mindset, and execution. This role will also monitor effectiveness of the transformation journey and bring industry best practice to drive continuous improvement and sustainment of product management and Agile practices in the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
• Be a part of the Agile Center of Enablement and help build the deep, institutional capability required to become a truly Agile organization.
• Determine how to scale agile beyond the individual team or departmental level and use the right scaling model to drive adoption.
• Partner with leaders for the identification of organizational and development value streams/product or platform teams and for the designing of their organization structure using various team topologies and Product/Platform Taxonomy.
• Drive OKR (Objectives and Key Results) workshops with the Business stakeholders, Product Management Team, IT Leadership, and the Agile Delivery Teams.
• Directly influence leadership (up to executive levels) and their teams throughout DTS (infrastructure, applications teams, business partners, Strategy/Innovation/Architecture, Cyber Security and Assurance) and business to drive adoption of Product and Agile thinking.
• Hands-on coaching on the floor to key product roles – Product Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master and Scrum teams including but not limited to practices such as demand gathering, prioritization, product roadmaps, defining epics/features, authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, release planning, sprint planning, measuring agile metrics, and drive continuous improvement of team performance.
