Maintain, update, and communicate relevant information regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock and order status, and contract details from suppliers, procurement, and logistics service providers.
Analyze operational logistics status, inform stakeholders appropriately, and implement alternative measures to adapt to changing circumstances.
Prepare and share deficiency and status reports related to material and product availability for Project Logistics Management (PLM).
Document and process complaints or transport damages in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (PLM, Purchase, Insurance, Controlling, Quality, Engineering) and propose corrective measures with transport service providers.
Coordinate the return of logistics infrastructure and on-site equipment in support of PLM, ensuring seamless logistics operations with service providers.
Assist PLM in developing, calculating, and implementing logistics contingency plans.
Support PLM in project evaluation and improvements to the customer supply process.
May assist in tender preparation and supplier evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent vocational training with experience.
0-2 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Basic technical knowledge and an understanding of key operational processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills to handle evolving logistics scenarios.
Ability to work under supervision while offering guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Experience with logistics management tools and data analysis preferred.
