Job Description
If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge our client is looking for an – Office Manager / Accounting team member.
In this role you will provide support to the staff, assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, as well as purchasing and receiving duties
- UPS Quantum Reports- data entry of tracking data for incoming, outgoing and third-party shipments
- Banking deposits for checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.
- Bank reconciliation - credit card audits, daily banking audits
- Process purchase orders and pay vendor invoices
- Customer invoicing and follow up on overdue invoices
- Pay sales and use tax for 3 states
- Gather tax documents for accountant
- Administrative duties- greeting and assisting customers and delivery persons, answering phones and fielding calls, filing, managing and ordering office supplies, etc.
- Other administrative duties as needed

Salary: $DOE/hr, (contract to hire)
Schedule: FT, Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
Location: “onsite”, Hanover PA
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Min of 3 years of Office Management and Accounting experience – Required!
- Typing -50 WPM (at the minimum)
- Proficient – MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Strong experience – QuickBooks and Adobe
- Team Player
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
- The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
