Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the financial services sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination and timely launch of our digital marketing initiatives/platforms to drive the enablement of strategic marketing through a targeted customer approach to optimize sales activities and boost efficiency. As an integral part of our Business Development team, you will not only play a crucial role in project management and platform execution, but also engage in a broad range of digital marketing activities including, market research, leveraging the latest marketing technologies, and data analytics.
A successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, passion, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. Responsibilities include: taking the lead in project management, developing project plans that outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines; maintaining open lines of communication with all project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project status and adjustments as needed; developing and delivering marketing presentations; developing sales material; collaborating with Senior Leadership, the Business Segments leadership, Business Development, Risk Digital Management and IT teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for specific digital platforms and user groups.
Required Education & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, B2B Marketing or related. Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You would be a great fit for this role if you are:
• Experienced in working across a matrix organization and with all levels of an organization
• Strong project management experience
• Microsoft 365 expertise
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with SnapAddy preferred
• Work well within a fast-paced environment.
