We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator with two years of experience to join our team. The role involves fabricating and welding filtration equipment, piping, and structural components using blueprints and work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and weld filtration equipment, pipes, and structural components.
Interpret and apply AWS welding symbols accurately.
Set up and operate GMAW and FCAW welding processes, selecting proper wire, shielding gases, and adjusting feed speeds/voltage.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Operate preheat-cutting torches, stud welders, and overhead cranes.
Train other employees on welding procedures as needed.
Complete and submit work orders, reports, and documentation accurately.
Support company policies, department procedures, and safety standards.
Work collaboratively in a team environment and resolve fabrication issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
Proven knowledge of AWS welding symbols and codes.
Certified in AWS-1G unlimited thickness or ASTM Section 9.
Proficiency in GMAW and FCAW welding processes.
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and urgency.
