Job Description :
Maintain operation of boxroom equipment while maintaining product quality requirements.
- Safe, effective and efficient set up, operation, and cleaning of either the gable top or aseptic downstream equipment for production.
- Responsible for sanitation of area and hand cleaning of all down stream equipment.Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality of product and processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely monitoring of critical control points.
- Understand and follow production schedule or adjust as needed to avoid down-time on production floor.
Required Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-24 months work experience, preferably in food or production
- Must have computer and basic math skills
