Hybrid Role: In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. WFH on Monday and Friday. Pay Rate:$16.78/ HR on W2 Shift Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm Central / 40 Hrs a week
**Location:** Hybrid – 2 days remote, 3 days onsite in Franklin, TN

Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced production environment
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Teams interviews
- No drug test required
- Must be available to start on February 2nd, 2026 (hard start date)

Position Summary:

Reviews analyzes, evaluates, validates provider/producer information against business/credentialing requirements and maintains information on Credentialing databases.
Supports extensive research and analysis of sensitive provider/producer issues; addresses data integrity issues.
Process agent onboarding contracts.
Verify insurance licenses, add appointments.
Work with agents to ensure records are complete and validated.
Utilize various systems and websites to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Insurance Knowledge - Plus
Customer Service - 1-3 years of Experience
Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to work reliably, prudently, and tactfully with confidential information.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, letters, memos, and emails.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to research and analyze data.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organization.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources.
