Engineering Technician responsible for supporting engineering teams in developing, testing, and implementing solutions for technical challenges across manufacturing, research, and field operations. Applies practical engineering knowledge to assist in product testing, inspection, data collection, and maintenance activities. Works closely with engineers to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with technical standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in manufacturing, research & development, inspection, and maintenance environments.
Conduct product inspections, perform tests, and document results using engineering testing methods.
Collect, analyze, and report technical data to support engineering decisions and product improvements.
Support development and validation of solutions using testing equipment, measurement tools, and data collection systems.
Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Follow established engineering procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Provide technical support for projects related to manufacturing processes, product development, and field service operations.
Qualifications:
Technical School Certificate or High School Diploma required.
1+ years of experience in a technician or engineering support role.
Basic understanding of engineering principles, product testing, troubleshooting, and inspection techniques.
Experience working with testing equipment, measurement tools, and technical documentation.
