Position Details: Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant
Facility: Mountain Ridge Ctr
Location: Franklin, NH Shift: 07:00am-03:00pm Duration: 14 weeks (Possibility of extension)
Payrate: $24hr Job Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support patient mobility, including repositioning and transferring
Accurately take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
Feed patients and monitor food and fluid intake
Observe and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition
Assist nursing staff with basic medical tasks and procedures

Required Documents:

Active LNA License
Active BLS Certification
COVID-19 Vaccination Card
