Associate Technician Production Operations

Responsibilities



  • Operation of high throughput automated panel packaging and filling line for molecular diagnostics products

  • Initial training will be on immunoassay product lines

  • Loading/unloading dryers

  • Complete batch records

  • Loading pallets and transporting them to a storage freezer

  • Read, understand and follow company and department standard operating procedures

  • Adhere to all policies and procedures to reflect operations; ensure FDA, ISO and related regulatory requirements are consistently met

  • Update and maintain personal training record electronically


 


Salary:  $DOE/ hr (contract)


Schedule:  Mon – Fri, 1:00pm – 9:30pm. OT as needed


(Must be able to transition to a 4:30pm - 1:00am schedule in Mid /Late September)

Required Qualifications :


  • High School Diploma or equivalent- Required!

  • Min 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and applications

  • Previously worked in a clean room and warehouse environment - A Plus!

  • Previous experience in a GMP, ISO, or FDA environment or medical device manufacturing environment – Preferred!

  • Previous experience using a sit-down forklift - A Plus!

  • Computer experience w/ some proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Strong attention to detail; a team player & perform well under deadlines

  • Ability to prioritize work to complete assignments in a timely basis

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to be flexible and work OT as needed
