Boiler Maintenace Engineer - 2nd shift

They are looking for a Boiler Maintenance Engineer.




Schedule:  2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday, 1:30pm - 12am 


Direct Hire Position

In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to:



  • Repair of process equipment

  • Repair and maintenance of Building and Exterior Equipment

  • Fabrication and Millwright

  • Ammonia Refrigeration System Operator

  • Back-up Cooling Tower operation and record keeping

  • Utility management

  • Water quality testing and management

  • Security of building and grounds

  • Air quality testing

  • Spare parts inventory management

  • Tool management

  • Equipment research

  • Initiating and assisting with new equipment design and installation

  • Ordering spare parts and equipment

  • General and specific knowledge of process operations

  • Assisting and directing Contractors

  • Forklift and Manlift operator

  • On-call after hours call-in responder

  • Loading and unloading of Tanker Trucks


 


Required Qualifications :


  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Boiler Certificate / License – any level – Required!

  • 5-10 years of work experience in same or similar industry

  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment

  • Knowledge and understanding of FDA, etc

  • Previous experience - mechanical and electrical repair

  • Previous experience and knowledge of tools

  • Previous experience - pipefitting

  • Previous experience - metal fabrication and welding

  • Certified welder – A plus!

  • Previous experience and knowledge of Production Equipment and Processes

  • General knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration

  • Completed or will complete 40hour program for Technical Level Emergency Responders
