In this role the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for all customer types of inquiry and products, and will be working closely with customer and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by way of processing orders, answering phones promptly, finishing delivery information and providing field sales/service support
- Build relationships w/ customers via phone and email communication and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Answer phones in a timely and efficient manner in a high call volume support setting
- Process customer orders via phone, standing orders, field service orders, and replacement orders, fax orders, electronic data interchange (EDI)
- Effectively support both sales and service field representatives by responding to inquiries, placing orders, and providing proof of delivery as needed
- Maintain a level of accuracy and efficiency both as a department and individually
- Be knowledgeable on products and special projects as deemed vital by the manager
- Must communicate timely and accurately while establishing and maintaining good working relationships all levels of management and departments
Salary: $DOE / hr (contract)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am – 4:00pm

- High school Diploma or equivalent – Required!
- Associates degree – Preferred!
- 1-3 years previous experience working in a customer service / call center environment – Required!
- Previous experience – routine order entry and order tracking
- Proficient at keyboard entry - previous experience entering orders while on the phone, multitasking and problem solving
- Must have basic computers skills - MSOffice 2000 or later (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Basic math skills and statistical knowledge
