If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge our client has an opportunity for a Procurement Analyst.

In this role you will

• Work with the procurement team related to packaging, plastics, and bio-chemicals commodities


• Follow standard practices and procedures


• Place new or expedite existing orders


• Resolve invoicing and accounting issues as they arise, working w/ Buyers and Accounts Payable


• Notify suppliers of change in order revisions, forecast or any deviations to ensure they are producing to the most up to date drawings, demand and certificates


• Request documentation or order status updates from suppliers in accordance with our supplier approval process


• Ensure that the supplier documentation collected is saved in the proper locations per outlined work instructions


• Work directly with select vendors ensuring their items are available for production and for customers


• Maintain supplier part database in Oracle.

Salary: $DOE / hr (contract)

Schedule: 40hrs, FT, M-F, 8am – 5pm

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job experience – Required!


• Previous experience with Tactical Procurement/ Purchasing – Required!


• Previous experience with ERP system Oracle or ASAP – Required!


• Previous experience working with a high-volume manufacturing product or medical manufacturing – A Plus!


• Knowledge of Six Signa


• Previous experience with tactical day buying, such as purchase orders placement, expediting with suppliers, mitigation of supply shortages


• Ability to multi-task w/ little supervision


• Collaborative Team Player


• Previous experience and comfortable using MS Excel


• Ability to “work on-site” – Required!
